Juno & May Opens in Camberwell!

Sharing is caring, but being a selfish eater has it’s pros too. Juno & May’s small and large plate menu, gives you a choice between sharing or your own main. The ceviche gives hope for the warmer months – zesty citrus, soft avocado, a refreshing dish reminiscent of summer. Juno & May has an interesting take on the Dim Sum, wrapped in a lettuce cup. Pop it straight into your month, for bang. Swirl blue swimmer crab spaghettini around your fork. All great starters.

Sand lobster resembles the Morton Bay Bug. The flesh is less muscular than its sea counterpart. Nothing that can’t be fixed, with the shine of a ginger butter sauce and velvety cauliflower puree. For carnivorous appetites, consider the fall-apart, chargrilled beef short ribs, slow-cooked for 16 hours, finished with Chimichurri  and mash. Dessert is a hard choice between the gooey chocolate fondant and the bread and butter pudding. The brioche pudding, arrives with a citrus panna cotta. The panna cotta requires a smoother texture, but the cloudiness of the brioche matched with vanilla bean ice cream, is a winter warmer.

From cow to plate, every bit counts. Juno & May ups the ante for restaurant dining in Camberwell.
